Prof. Dr. Phillip Nell 

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Prof. Dr. Phillip Nell is Professor of Global Strategic Management at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. Before moving into academia, he gained extensive industry experience as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger. In addition to his research on strategic problem-solving and headquarters–subsidiary relationships, he has carried out practice-oriented projects and research collaborations with companies such as Beiersdorf, Boehringer Ingelheim, Mondi, Henkel, dcs+, SAP, Gerresheimer, Kone, Raiffeisen Bank International and Senecura, as well as with non-profit organizations such as Diakonie, giving him broad insight into management practice.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Prof. Nell supports and advises FORMA STRATEGIA in particular on strategy and management theory, as well as on the integration of the fields of strategy, brand and culture.

Dr. Matthäus Siebenhofer

Dr. Matthäus Siebenhofer

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Matthäus Siebenhofer studied physics, mathematics, and chemistry at TU Wien and the University of Vienna. From 2017 onward, he worked as a scientist at TU Wien, the Austrian Energy Agency, and the Competence Center for Electrochemical Surface Technology. In 2023 and 2024, he was a visiting postdoctoral fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he conducted research on novel computing technologies. In 2025, he returned to TU Wien as a project lead, where he now researches materials for batteries and fuel cells.

As a member of the FORMA STRATEGIA Advisory Board, his focus is on the development and implementation of quantitative models as a foundation for organizational and systems analysis.
